Quality policy is determined to outline the tendencies of development of "Roster" Ltd related to quality.
The elaboration of quality policy is based on the understanding that the quality is the degree to which
the combination of characteristics of the product and the service correspond to the requirements
to these same product or service. in its attempt to reach the stipulated quality goals the Management
follows several basic principles:
- Strengthen the position of "Roster" Ltd as a leading company in its field;
- observing the contractual obligations to clients providing at the same time high quality and in compliance with the active standards;

Safety and Health labour policy
Guarranteeing of safety and health during work is one of the basic priorities of "Roster" Ltd at executing of its activity, directed to:
- maintaining of healthy working environment and a good microclimate in the company;
- prevention of traumas and illnesses and constant improvement of the management and provision of healthy and safe labour conditions;
- periodic survey and actualization of the goals related to health and safety at work;
- periodic survey of the conditions of labour and work environment;
- investigation and registration of each incident and accident and/or professional illness with regard to subsequent analysis and undertaking of initiatives and measures for the prevention of their repeated occurrence;
- providing enough information, instructions, training and surveillance in order to guarantee that each employee becomes conscious of danger during the execution of his/her professional obligations and the responsibility to carry out his/her work safely all the time;
- observing of the normative requirements of the respective legislation and of the other requirements, accepted by the organization, related to the threats to its healthy and safe labour conditions.
The management of "Roster" Ltd commits itself to constantly improve the labour conditions and the maintaining of good health and working capacity of the company`s employees as well as of all outside visitors present on the company`s territory.
